When I start Xeno Assault II and I've seen the main picture and the music is running, it starts loading and then it jumps to the desktop and I get a window saying:

Memory access violation

I really want to play this game. When it was first released it worked. The last 2 times I've tried to install it (Each time on a new WIndows installation) it has crashed with the same error....
